The development of an ARPE project is initiated by the student. This involves:
- Selecting a research topic
- Identifying a host laboratory and a research team
- Contacting this team, the joint development of the project
- Presenting the project to the academic coordinator of the ARPE year with a view to its potential improvement
The project is then discussed within a committee comprising the directors of the DERs in Engineering Sciences for approval.
