Manufacturing Hall (0Y75)
The manufacturing facility, which covers nearly 800 m², is equipped with high-performance, state-of-the-art industrial production equipment. This constantly evolving space includes not only CNC machine tools but also a production design room.
Additive Manufacturing Center
The Additive Manufacturing Center encompasses all of our resources for using material-addition processes to create a physical object from a digital model. This equipment allows us to reinvent—and, above all, accelerate—the industrial process, from design to manufacturing.
Foundry (0V81)
The foundry is designed to implement various techniques for producing castings. The design of castings based on the definition of functional surfaces is a process that requires significant expertise as well as knowledge of industry standards. This laboratory offers the main aluminum casting processes: sand casting, shell casting, and lost-wax casting.
Welding Shop (0T83)
The welding shop is equipped with modern welding facilities and techniques, such as TIG, MIG, and MAG welding, coated electrodes, and plasma cutting.
Metrology Lab
The metrology lab is equipped with various measuring instruments and enables the identification of micro- and macro-geometric deviations in parts, as well as their dimensional inspection.
